The project entails the design of a 20’ x 30’ maintenance garage located on the Rochester Institute of Technology campus, adjacent to the entry loop off Jefferson Rd.

The structure features an 8’-0” x 8’-0”(h) overhead garage door and a 3’-0” x 6’-8” access door.
